Our popular salted dark chocolate caramel gift box includes three types of luxurious salted chocolate caramels. They are encased in our signature dark chocolate and paired with different fleur de sel to provide their unique flavours. Sel de Gurande is our favourite one! This sea salt comes from Brittany, a region in France, and has a strong iodine flavour so typical of the area where it is harvested.
Our second favourite, the Salish sea salt, or smoked sea salt, presents a strong smoke flavour very pleasing on the palate.
