The Rangers

The rangers consist of a wide matte pot standing atop of a pedestal, reminiscent of the majestic trees and surrounds of ournative wet sclerophyll forests. We took to the Otway Rangers, just inland of Victorias Great Ocean Road, for the inspiration behind the colours used here. The silvery grey bark of the Grey Gum Eucalyptus trees, the green fronds of the tall Tree Ferns, and the dusty pinks of the vibrant sunsets so often seen on a warm summers night.

Nara pots areproduced from high-fired (1280C) porcelainto create a beautiful mattefinish. Strength, porosity, colour, and thermal expansion are monitoredduring theproduction to ensure high quality standards are met. These porcelain pots have awarm and earthy feel,smooth lines, and a natural finish. The porcelain itself is pigmented, creating an even distribution of colour throughout the pot.
